Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Own the design, development, maintenance, and evolution of core infrastructure and base installs supporting mission software.
- Architect secure and modern frameworks using modern programming languages (e.g., C++, C#) in a secure Linux environment.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, robust testing, and automated deployment.
- Administer and optimize Jenkins agents/nodes and containerized environments (Docker).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, hardware, and test engineering) to solve complex integration challenges.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Interface with internal stakeholders and customers, presenting technical solutions and shaping future capabilities.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with focus on infrastructure and base installs
- Strong proficiency in modern coding languages (C++, C#) in a Linux environment
- Experience with build systems for large scale C++ projects
- Knowledge of software packaging (RPM) and deployment processes
- Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
- Expertise in managing Jenkins agents and nodes
- Hands on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
- Proven leadership and technical expertise, with the ability to guide a team of software engineers and drive innovation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and present technical solutions
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Strong understanding of integrating Artifactory with build tools
- Prior experience creating installation frameworks or automated deployment bundles for large C++ systems
- Background working on defense, aerospace, or mission-critical programs
