* Job summary
* The CDW Learning Environment Advisor will promote key education initiatives focused on modernizing learning spaces to CDW Education sales teams and their customers. This role will collaborate with partner education teams and CDW Education Management to drive initiatives and solutions. Acting as an impartial voice, the advisor will guide customers in their purchasing decisions for transforming learning spaces, working with leading OEMs in the industry. The advisor will be knowledgeable about new technology platforms, including audiovisual, furniture, and STEAM tools, and will provide ongoing training and support to their teams.
* What you'll do
* Participate in daily customer conference calls with Account Managers and Client Executives.
* Work in conjunction with Partner Managers to assist and execute strategic plans.
* Answer presales and post-sales technical questions.
* Educate Account Managers on products and resources to help them become as self-sufficient as possible.
* Review quotes and orders.
* Assist partners with training activities and further relationships with hardware manufacturers.
* Maintain a knowledge base of current manufacturers and solutions proposed, provided, and serviced by CDW Education, including:
* Display Technology
* Interactive AV Technology
* Casting & Control Systems
* Video Conferencing
* Furniture
* Provide oversight, recommendations, and solutions for customer proposals and RFPs.
* Provide training and subject matter expertise to stakeholders within the organization and to customers via online and in-person meetings.
* Recommend sales tools to assist account managers in providing solutions to their customers.

* Establish, grow, and maintain partnerships with education institutions and other alliances to support the organization's goals.
* Create feedback systems to gather input from school leaders and other educators, ensuring that this information is used to drive solution updates and improvements.
* Ensure CDW Education incorporates client and end-user feedback to continuously improve our offerings and services, especially on professional learning experiences.
* Validate the importance of instructional knowledge in the development of CDW Education sellers and provide mentoring and assistance in this area to others on the team.
* Build strong relationships with partner field and inside sales teams.
* Mentor CDW Education Account Managers on best practice messaging to their customers.
* Represent CDW Education by attending and presenting at conferences and events.
* Make outbound calls to potential and established customers daily.
* Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision-makers within each customer and territory.
* Demonstrate the ability to close sales and overcome customer objections.
* Position CDW Education's solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers' long-term needs.
* Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers
* Maintain CDW's Values and Philosophies of Success Minimum basic requirements
* 3 years of experience in Education Technology or Audiovisual Sales with responsibility for monthly & quarterly sales targets
* Proficiency with Microsoft and Google office productivity suites
* Well organized with keen attention to detail Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Bachelor's degree
* Salesforce experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Effective communication with partners, CDW, and customer executives.
* Ability to multitask efficiently.
* Experience establishing relationships remotely and have 4+ years of experience selling in the K12 and/or Higher Education community.
* An established track record of successful quote-driven sales attainment.
* Outstanding phone, platform speaking, and presentation abilities.
* Experience working on enterprise-level sales proposals and contracts.
* Strong working knowledge of the Education market with a focus on additional learning.
* Knowledge of CDW's position and execution of solution-focused marketing programs.
* Familiar with CDW SPS, Salesforce, pipeline management and forecast delivery tools. Pay range: $60,000 - $82,000, depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 33.34% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differential
