Job Summary:
As a Market Data Licensing Associate within the Asset Wealth Management Chief Data Office, you will support data vendors and manage market data licenses. You will collaborate with technology teams to implement licensing solutions and ensure compliance. Your role will involve analyzing data consumption and providing insights to enhance business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support AWM data vendors, including ESG, Funds, Index.
  • Coordinate global market data license services.
  • Analyze and implement cost and allocation models.
  • Gather data for metrics and reporting on data consumption.
  • Collaborate with technology on licensing solutions.
  • Provide analytical support for performance indicators.
  • Create meeting materials and follow-ups.
  • Maintain license agreements in the repository.
  • Field business licensing requests and review parameters.
  • Monitor cost analysis and track data utilization.
  • Collaborate on regulatory and compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
  • Possess 3+ years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial data or vendors.
  • Handle complex questions efficiently.
  • Work in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Show flexibility to changing business needs.
  • Use creative thinking for complex solutions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Manage time and multitask efficiently.
  • Follow through and resolve issues diligently.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Understand financial markets comprehensively.
  • Integrate AI solutions into vendor licensing with Python skills.
