As a Case Data Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the data integrity between the work we complete on cases in Finch and the systems our partner firms use to track their cases. You will ensure that our Case Management System is always up-to-date and running like a well-oiled machine. A knack for detail will help as you keep everything precise and current, empowering our team to make confident decisions.

• Update & Maintain: Oversee the timely updates of the firm's CMS with completed tasks related to claims, medical records, police reports, and other firm-specific requirements.

• Consistency is Key: Ensure that the CMS accurately reflects Finch's application, maintaining consistency and accuracy across platforms.

• Real-Time Monitoring: Manage task updates in real-time to guarantee all information is current and precise.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in case management updates.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all updates and changes made to the CMS.

• Adapt & Innovate: Embrace changes in processes and technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Legal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed & care. At Finch, we’re building a team of the top 1% of legal operators with experience from law firms across America, and enabling them with next-generation technology to serve more clients, with more humanity.

• Proven experience in task management or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in various CMS and software applications.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

$65,000 to $75,000 annual salary
