What You'll Do:
- Operating standard office equipment such as printers, laptops/computers, and scanners
- Reading and transcribing cards and envelopes
- Reviewing, editing, stuffing, sealing, and stamping cards and envelopes (i.e., Birthday, Holiday, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Counting and placing mailing trays into sleeves prior to shipment to customers
- Tracking, checking, and ensuring quality on all written cards
- Stocking, pulling, and recording inventory as needed
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
- Recording and correcting customer cards with incorrect/missing information and/or damages
- Breaking down boxes and other materials
- Ensuring customer information is accounted for and disposed of properly
What You'll Need:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to perform and comprehend basic arithmetic
- Experience in Microsoft Office with working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with others
- Able to sit or stand, stoop, reach, and use hands for extended periods of time
- Able to lift weights of up to 10-30lbs and reach periodically throughout the day
- Able to push and pull weights of up to 150lbs
- Must be able to operate all standard office equipment
