As a Capital Reporting Analyst within the Capital Reporting Regulatory group, you will build your career in the regulatory space by being part of a service-oriented business. You will engage in daily monitoring and preparation of capital adequacy and large exposures reports, support other Finance areas with reporting requirements, and lead various projects. You will also develop familiarity with key reporting tools and understand the reporting model infrastructure to implement streamlined process solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and prepare daily capital adequacy and large exposures reports.
- Partner with and support other Finance teams in meeting diverse reporting requirements.
- Lead and direct various projects, including resolution of Axiom and Capri defects.
- Review and investigate trends for small entities, securing confirmation from business stakeholders.
- Interpret regulatory rules that underpin reporting processes.
- Develop familiarity with key reporting tools such as AXIOM, Capri, and CRD4 regulatory frameworks.
- Understand the reporting model infrastructure and implement streamlined process solutions to enhance reporting efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Good academics and strong accounting knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work under pressure to meet changing work requirements and strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong attention to detail
- Investment banking product knowledge including derivatives, equities, and debt securities.
- Strong in Microsoft Office - Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
