We’re looking for a Capital Markets Analyst who is passionate about private credit, technology, and partnering with founders and CFOs on their capital raises. In this role, you’ll support senior members of the Capital Markets team in executing transactions, building relationships, and expanding Arc’s debt marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to deal execution while helping shape the future of business finance.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Support senior Capital team members across all aspects of deal execution — borrower qualification, lender outreach, pitching, and process management through close

  • Help grow and maintain Arc’s lender network, tracking engagement, preparing materials, and supporting coverage efforts.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and analysis for both borrower and lender audiences.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Ops to inform the product roadmap and expand Arc’s capital markets offering.

  • Assist with originations by supporting the qualification of new opportunities alongside the sales team.

  • Contribute to cross-selling efforts, helping integrate Arc’s cash management solutions into borrower and partner workflows.

  • Wear many hats in a high-growth environment, stepping in where needed to accelerate Arc’s mission.

  • 1–3 years of experience in capital markets, private credit, investment banking, or fintech.

  • Strong interest in private credit, technology, and early/growth-stage companies.

  • Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

  • Detail orientation with the ability to support multiple projects under tight timelines.

  • Team-first mentality with a willingness to learn and take direction, while contributing ideas and solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit — a bias for action, eagerness to grow, and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
