We are looking for a talented Associate to join the Chief Administration Office Intelligent Automation Program team!
This role is part of the Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy team, responsible for introducing and scaling innovative technologies and tools. We collaborate with business executives, tech groups, and external vendors to pilot new technologies, market tool benefits, and track key metrics. We're seeking a Strategy Associate to support planning, execution, and change management across multiple business lines and innovation topics. Projects include managing Proof-of-Concept efforts, promoting tool adoption, developing training strategies, and showcasing tool benefits to various stakeholders.
As an Intelligent Solutions Product Strategy Associate within the Chief Administrative Office Strategic Initiatives (CSI), you will support the end-to-end planning, execution, and change management efforts across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and innovation topics. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including managing Proof-of-Concept efforts with new vendors, raising awareness and growing adoption of tools in the Firm, developing a training strategy, and showcasing tool benefits, resources, and successes to senior leaders, managers, team member employees, and large organizations.

Job responsibilities
- Develop executive presentations/communications to capture business-specific and firmwide progress and share with program and LOB Sponsors
- Organize firmwide forums to discuss common challenges and share best practices
- Coordinate pilots/proofs of concept of new capabilities/tools across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and Functions
- Liaise with various LOBs and centers of excellence across the Firm to track progress, including impact/benefits
- Develop, publish, and maintain Firm-wide educational materials (e.g., successful use cases, best practices, demos, relevant trainings from platform vendors)
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., operations leaders, technology, control management) on topics such as vendor strategy, governance & controls development, and training
- Build an in-depth understanding of technologies (e.g., Robotics, Process Modeling/Discovery) and specific tools (e.g., UiPath, Signavio), and potential applications across Operations/Functions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience - 3+ years of experience in relevant industry (Financial Services, Management Consulting or Technology) and role (Innovation, Transformation, Change Management, or Process Improvement)
- Interpersonal skills - Ability to partner with team members, partners and stakeholders to support in-flight initiatives and priorities
- Execution skills - A bility to quickly distill broad-ranging information into a discrete set of opportunities and activities; exceptional organizational/ project management skills
- Communication skills - Executive-level communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to directly engage senior leaders
- Technical skills - Technical acumen with the interest and ability to learn new technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Suite required; familiarity with Intelligent Automation / additional productivity and collaboration tools a benefit
- Interests - Strong passion for technology and transformation-based initiatives; clear entrepreneurial spirit with ability to bring creative solutions to new opportunities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience in Microsoft SharePoint a plus
