The base salary for this position is $64,000 - $73,250. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is full time and is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA. This role is not a virtual / remote position - 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH. This is an entry level recruiter role. Wayfair is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Campus and Early Careers Recruiting Team in Boston, MA. The Campus and Early Careers Recruiting Team is dedicated to attracting and hiring promising students for internships and top entry-level talent to fuel the company's growth. Our team serves as the primary link between Wayfair and academic institutions, playing a crucial role in building a pipeline of future talent.

As a member of this team, you will act as a business partner, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.  You will be part of a team that builds a strong employer brand on college campuses, making Wayfair a top choice for aspiring graduates. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is excited by the dynamic landscape of early career talent acquisition.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and screen candidates: Actively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks. You'll review resumes and help manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate data, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring partners: Work closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to understand their needs and align on campus recruitment strategies.
  • Improve existing processes: Develop innovative approaches to secure campus talent.
  • Manage events and programs: Support Wayfair's Summer Internship Program and other campus events as needed.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Communications, Business). 
  • Strong communication skills: You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills: You'll need to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfort with data: Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
  • A strong interest in emerging technology, including the use of generative AI tools to drive efficiencies.
  • A passion for people: You should be genuinely excited about helping students find their next career opportunity and showcasing Wayfair's culture.
  • 1+ year previous experience in recruiting, human resources, event planning, or related fields.
