  • Represent Employer Clients: Represent employer clients in meetings with academic institutions and career services teams, tailoring recruitment campaigns to meet clients' workforce needs.
  • Serve as Liaison: Serve as a liaison between employer clients and academic institutions to align recruitment strategies with workforce requirements.
  • Collaborate on Sales Materials: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and compliance teams to create engaging materials that resonate with schools, including emails, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align recruitment strategies with company goals and ensure a seamless experience for schools.

  • Provide Support: Provide ongoing support and communication to academic institutions throughout the recruitment process to ensure they are informed, engaged, and motivated to participate in our programs.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting or selling to universities with a focus on academic partnerships—ideally with an established network of campus relationships.
  • Strong understanding of academic recruitment tools, career services platforms, and social media for recruitment.
