The Campaign Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in the successful execution of influencer marketing campaigns at NeoReach. This position ensures that campaigns run smoothly from kickoff to completion, with a focus on organization, communication, and delivering measurable results for our clients. Acting as the bridge between internal teams, influencers, and brand partners, the Campaign Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, reviewing content, and tracking performance metrics. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Campaign Execution & Coordination- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all campaign deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, paid media, account management, etc.) to ensure all deliverables align with the client’s strategy and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, ensuring clear communication on campaign objectives, content expectations, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Research and select influencers that align with client goals, campaign strategy, and target audience demographics.
- Conduct outreach, manage negotiations, and finalize influencer contracts in coordination with the Account Director.
- Ensure influencers receive all necessary campaign materials, including creative briefs and brand guidelines, to execute content effectively.
- Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand messaging, tone, and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with Account Directors and clients to approve content before publication.
- Provide feedback and revisions to influencers to ensure all deliverables meet brand compliance standards.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, etc.) throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Compile and deliver regular campaign performance reports to Account Directors, including KPI tracking, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign deliverables, approvals, and timelines to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators to foster long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Act as the liaison between clients, influencers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize disruptions to campaign flow.
- Partner with Account Directors to evaluate campaign success, ROI, and strategic takeaways.
- Consolidate learnings and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work closely with Account Directors to address any challenges related to influencer performance, content quality, or platform issues.
- Identify and implement solutions promptly to keep campaigns on track.
Key Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign coordination, account management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external correspondence.
- Experience working with influencer management platforms, project management tools, and analytics dashboards is preferred.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and emerging social platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and campaign management software.
- Familiarity with paid media strategies to amplify influencer content.
