The Marketing Operations team at Justworks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Operations Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team to help advance our mission through seamlessly executed marketing campaigns and systems. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Justworks by building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for various Growth Marketing teams and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise with marketing automation tools and a detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across outbound ‘facing’ channels (email, SMS, in-app), ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints; provide regular, timely updates on project progress to maintain transparency and visibility throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Develop workflows and processes for campaign creation by channel, approval, and measurement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, in-app tools, event platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), project management tools, and CRM systems to enhance campaign performance.
- Leverage A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and establish experiences at scale for our customers.
- Conduct interviews and capture user stories to map out key campaign channels and determine service level agreements (SLAs) and campaign intake architecture.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing teams (creative, content, demand gen, etc.) to streamline execution and avoid duplication of efforts.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing role (operations, lifecycle, digital marketing, and demand generation)
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Customer.io)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and its relationship to the marketing stack
- Experience working with multiple marketing and sales platforms
- Experience in maintaining data hygiene
- Experience working within a SaaS company a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $86,000.00 to $94,600.00 per year.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
