Purpose

The Campaign Marketing Specialist is responsible for bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life—from initial brief through launch, execution, follow-up, and reporting.

In this role, you'll own the day-to-day execution and orchestration of marketing campaigns, ensuring the right inputs, assets, systems, and stakeholders co me together to deliver high-quality programs on time. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Creative, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate campaign strategy into coordinated execution across email, landing pages, webinars, virtual events, and other digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is a strong marketing operator—organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces. You know how to take a campaign brief, build the execution plan, drive it forward, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, translating campaign briefs into clear timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and launch plans.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, landing pages, forms, webinars, digital assets, and other campaign touchpoints.

Webinar & Virtual Event Execution

  • Own the operational execution of marketing webinars and virtual events from initial setup through post-event follow-up.
  • Set up webinar platforms, registration pages, confirmation communications, reminder emails, and attendee workflows.
  • Own operational coordination with webinar speakers, including scheduling, communications, asset collection, rehearsals, technical preparation, and day-of logistics, while partnering with Product Marketing on content and messaging.
  • Coordinate presentation materials and other webinar assets to ensure speakers and internal stakeholders are prepared for the event.
  • Manage live webinar execution, including technical setup, speaker support, recording, and attendee experience.
  • Coordinate post-event activities including recordings, on-demand assets, follow-up communications, and lead handoff.
  • Partner with the Events team on integrated campaigns supporting in-person events, while the Events team owns onsite and physical event logistics.

Email & Digital Campaign Execution

  • Build, schedule, test, QA, and deploy campaign emails across prospect and customer audiences.
  • Build and maintain campaign landing pages, forms, and supporting digital assets.
  • Support nurture programs and automated campaign journeys that engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer and customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on audience segmentation, campaign tracking, lead routing, and data quality.
  • Apply email deliverability, privacy, tracking, and campaign governance best practices.
  • Develop increasing proficiency in marketing automation platforms and identify opportunities to make campaign execution more scalable and efficient.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance across email, landing pages, webinars, virtual events, and other campaign touchpoints.
  • Track key metrics including registrations, attendance, engagement, conversions, and campaign responses.
  • Conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to evaluate campaign results and translate performance into actionable recommendations.
  • Document campaign learnings and apply them to improve future execution.

Collaboration & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as a central execution partner across marketing campaigns, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines, requirements, dependencies, and status.
  • Establish repeatable processes, templates, and workflows that improve campaign consistency and speed to market.

  • Stay current on campaign marketing, marketing automation, webinar, and digital marketing best practices and identify opportunities to improve how Modern Campus executes campaigns.
