In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of campaigns, leveraging multi-channel initiatives to engage target audiences, drive promotion plans, and attain measurable results. You should be data-driven, creative, and organized at balancing both strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
  • Own the integrated campaign strategy by collaborating with all teams across marketing and sales.

  • Measure and optimize campaign performance by tracking key KPIs, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to refine strategies with marketing operations.
  • Support lead generation and conversion by designing nurture programs and new lead generation programs.
  • Collaborate with BDR teams to ensure efficient follow-up on campaign leads, optimizing conversion rates, and being a key part of product and company releases.
  • Align with partner marketing teams to ensure strategic integration with co-marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, integrated marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, BDR/sales, creative, and digital teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Other tools like Gong Engage or Salesloft are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign performance measurement, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred. Cybersecurity is a plus!
