The Senior Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the execution of high-value projects, from creator casting to managing timelines and budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position demands strategic thinking, robust project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate across teams to meet client KPIs and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
🔎 Campaign Casting:
- Independently identify and engage top-tier creators, aligning them with casting brief, brand values and target audiences.
- Oversee the contract process, liaising with legal team on redlines when necessary;
- Utilize data-driven insights for talent selection and evaluation, ensuring creators add measurable value to client campaigns.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of creators with detailed collaboration notes and rates.
💰 Budget Management:
- Manage project budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Control talent costs through strategic negotiations to bring campaigns under budget of target CPV without compromising campaign integrity.
🗂️ Project Management:
- Lead complex, high-value projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with Creator Partnerships, Strategy, and Paid Media teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Continuously refine processes and workflows, applying critical thinking to enhance efficiency and client experience.
👥 Client Liaison and Approvals:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, leading calls, managing feedback, and nurturing relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide consistent updates on project progress, securing necessary client approvals to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
- Proactively address client needs and resolve issues to ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
📜 Creative Brief Execution:
- Oversee campaign execution to ensure compliance with client guidelines and requirements;
- Lead briefing calls with creators, delivering clear instructions and addressing questions to guarantee accurate project delivery;
- Review creator assets to insure the assets follow the creative brief guidelines and FTC Compliance.
📈 Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing metrics to provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to align on objectives, optimize targeting, and enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
