We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Coordinator to support our growing self-serve business. In this role, you’ll process incoming self-serve orders, provide day-to-day support to Campaign Managers, and gain hands-on experience in CTV advertising.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a foundation in ad operations, programmatic media, or CTV/OTT—while working closely with experienced campaign managers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process new self-serve campaign submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure required assets (creatives, targeting details, budgets, flight dates) are correctly provided
- Coordinate with Campaign Managers and Sales when clarification or corrections are needed
- Monitor campaign delivery
- Support Campaign Managers with day-to-day tasks, including pacing checks, reporting pulls, and data processing
- Help review campaign performance metrics such as reach, frequency, delivery, and attribution
- Flag optimization opportunities or delivery issues for the team
- Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and workflow checklists to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with basic client questions related to campaign status, reporting, or platform navigation (under guidance of Campaign Managers)
- Help prepare client-facing materials such as screenshots, performance summaries, FAQs, and one-pagers
- Support training efforts by helping maintain updated resources and documentation in HubSpot or internal knowledge bases
- Develop a strong understanding of JamLoop’s CTV DSP, including targeting, bidding, and analytics
- Learn CTV/OTT industry fundamentals, including campaign workflow, inventory types, and measurement
- Participate in product demos, internal trainings, and cross-team working sessions to deepen platform knowledge

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, marketing, operations, or similar (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn client-facing best practices
- Basic familiarity with digital advertising concepts (CTV/OTT a plus but not required)
- Comfortable navigating dashboards, spreadsheets, or CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with interest in growing into advanced campaign execution roles
