* We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns. This role will drive alignment with the Campaign Lead and execution team to achieve measurable marketing results. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and collaborative- playing a critical role in campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional communication.
* What you wil do
* Monitor and manage campaign activities while rigorously analyzing performance metrics to ensure accountability and impact.
* Actively participate in quarterly Campaign Strategy Collaboration Workshops to align on priorities and improvements.
* Architect and optimize the campaign mix and flight plan, ensuring seamless coordination with execution teams to maximize marketing impact.
* Validate and authorize all campaign activities and data inputs, guaranteeing precision, accountability, and enterprise-wide alignment.
* Champion cross-team communication and enablement, driving clarity, consistency, and adoption of campaign strategies across the organization.
* Own comprehensive campaign documentation and governance, ensuring transparency, traceability, and agility for continuous improvement.
* Actively manage, review, and approve all campaign activities to ensure alignment with strategy.
* Ensure consistency and alignment across messaging, creative, objectives, and targeting in campaign execution.
* Communicate activity-level changes, updates, and timelines to all relevant stakeholders promptly.
* Communicate campaign changes and optimization recommendations.
* Maintain the integrity of Monday.com workflows to ensure timely activity delivery, expedite activity approvals and resolve bottlenecks.
* Track campaign issues and resolutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams including content, creative, digital, events, and sales enablement to support campaign success.
* Build, QA, and deployment of campaign assets including emails, landing pages, and registration forms.
* What we expect of you
* Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelors degree of 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or project
* management.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with attention to detail.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Monday.com).
* Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively in a dynamic marketing organization. Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Experience supporting integrated B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in tech or SaaS.
