The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer questions and concerns, and delivering a professional and positive customer experience. The representative serves as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers and must be able to communicate effectively while managing a high volume of calls.

The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, clients, leads, or other contacts as assigned.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service issues.
  • Provide information about company products, services, policies, procedures, orders, accounts, or appointments.
  • Verify customer information and update account records as needed.
  • Process orders, payments, appointments, cancellations, returns, or other transactions when applicable.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM or call center system.
  • Follow established call scripts, procedures, and quality standards when required.
  • Transfer or escalate calls to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers regarding open issues or pending requests.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful tone throughout each interaction.
  • Protect customer privacy and confidential information.
  • Meet established call volume, response time, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management.
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer problems.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and quality-assurance programs.
  • Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Inbound Call Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently.

  • Provide accurate and easy-to-understand information.
  • Troubleshoot basic problems within the scope of the position.
  • Schedule appointments or services when applicable.

Required Qualifications
