Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and on time through the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
  • Own day-to-day order management, monitoring open POs and driving timely resolution of delivery, pricing, and invoice issues
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal customers, providing clear status updates and responsive support
  • Partner with suppliers, Receiving, and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies and prevent repeat issues
  • Support RMA and reverse logistics activities, ensuring returns and credits are properly documented and closed
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with EchoStar policies, SOX controls, and the SCM Code of Conduct
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and standard work within the P2P process
  • Support audits, reporting, cross-training, and special projects as part of the Supply Chain team

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; entry-level or internship experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or accounting a plus

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with suppliers
  • Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Ability to analyze order issues, perform basic operational calculations, and resolve discrepancies within defined guidelines
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft equivalents); ERP experience (Oracle or similar) preferred, with willingness to learn

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
