The Business Training Manager, Commercial Enablement is responsible for the development and execution of training programs that empower our Americas Sales teams with the business acumen, tools, and processes needed to drive commercial success. This role will play a critical part in onboarding, continuous learning, and change management initiatives, ensuring our teams are equipped to navigate complex sales environments and deliver exceptional results.

This position reports to the Director, Commercial Enablement and is part of the Americas Business Operations & Enablement team located in the US and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and deliver a robust Business Acumen training program for new hires and existing sales professionals across the Americas, covering pricing strategy, acquisition options, contract types, negotiation levers, and approval processes.
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills to effectively use key sales tools, including Saleforce, CPQ, Conga, and PowerBI.
  • Lead training initiatives focused on funnel and opportunity management principles, ensuring consistent application of standard work practices.
  • Develop and manage a Sales Mentoring Program in collaboration with the Sales Training team, including mentor selection, onboarding checklists, and field-based support expectations.
  • Lead change management efforts for the Americas Commercial team, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and customer buying behavior to effectively drive conversions and build long-term client relationships.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 6+ years of experience or Doctoral Degree with 3+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience working within a commercial organization
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Einstein Analytics, Microsoft Office, SAP BI, Power BI and other like platforms
  • Ability to travel – domestic, up to 50% of time.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, organizational and presentation skills, with proven ability to think creatively, developing new ideas and forward-thinking solutions

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • 30% within US

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with the adult education principles and techniques
  • Experience with Change Management principles and practices
  • Prior Sales experience

The annual salary range for this role is USD 120,000 to 143,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
