Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst will join our IT Program Management team, supporting the ongoing development and optimization of internal business systems. This role will play a critical part in gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that systems and processes are designed for scalability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving workflows, leveraging automation, and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology.

This position offers a total compensation range of $112,800.00 to $122,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and continually refine business and system requirements across multiple business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to align business goals with technology solutions and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Propose system improvements and process automations based on best practices and organizational needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical resources, ensuring clarity, communication, and timely delivery of solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate stakeholder feedback, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
- Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration logs.
- Monitor and evaluate new Salesforce and related platform releases, recommending adoption of features that add business value.
- Support change management efforts, including communication, training materials, and adoption strategies for system updates.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment across interconnected systems.
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience analyzing and translating business processes related to Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, with the ability to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and partner with technical teams on configurations such as workflow automation, process flows, validation rules, and user experience design.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, AppExchange products, and supporting technologies that integrate with Salesforce (e.g., middleware, analytics, or ERP/HRIS systems).
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing, requirement gathering, and translating business processes into system functionality.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality system solutions.
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator Certification a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for improving business efficiency and system usability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, collaboration, and documentation.
- Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn and implement innovative technologies to enhance business outcomes.
