We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Systems Analyst to own system and process improvements across the organization. This role will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and optimizing enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst will take ownership of data analysis and reporting, providing critical insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the configuration, customization, and optimization of ERP functionality, including implementing new technologies and system updates.
  • Develop and maintain reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or other software to support decision-making across departments.
  • Lead the implementation of an automated order entry platform to improve efficiency in order processing.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine key business metrics, conduct data analysis, and present findings to management.
  • Streamline and automate month-end closing processes and other day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and apply automation or system solutions. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, visualization, and business intelligence tools. 
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting platforms. 
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
