- Determine opportunities to automate processes, functions and systems through a detailed analysis of our operations.
- Identify, evaluate and develop cost-effective systems and procedures by consulting with management and end users to determine system needs, specify inputs and format outputs.
- Validate new system performances through implementation management, testing coordination and system initiation observation.
- Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between internal teams.
- Conduct a feasibility study to assess the cost, benefit, efficiency and technical viability of business solutions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Two or more years of business systems or IT-related experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data to identify areas of opportunity; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently in a team environment.
