As a Business Systems Analyst Senior this role is within the Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling organization and will be part of the AMG Data and Reporting Team which supports the Asset Management Group Line of Business. You will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to the core operational data store and data warehouse that supports AMG operational reporting
• Supports data discovery by identifying, analyzing, and validating additional potential data sources to meet business needs
• Works with technical team to formulate and define database table structure and design
• Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes
Preferred skills and experience:
• Proficiency with SQL scripting and Database Administration Tools (MS SQL Server, Toad, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic data warehousing concepts
• Ability to work with stakeholders to define/refine requirements and translate them to technical steps for a cross-functional team
• Strong written/oral communication skills

• Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .
• Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $161,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
