Responsibilities
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate client and internal needs into clear system requirements that product and engineering teams can build.
- Design Smarter Workflows: Map out processes, spot inefficiencies, and propose solutions that cut through complexity.
- Champion Data & Insights: Ensure systems capture the right data, flow seamlessly, and deliver solutions stakeholders can actually use.
- Own the Details: Write user stories, specs, and documentation that keep everyone aligned—then test to make sure solutions really deliver.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and external vendors to keep business and tech moving in sync.
Qualifications
- Experience turning business needs into system requirements (5+ years in a BSA or similar role).
- Comfort with core development platforms and the ability to quickly understand new technology/emerging solutions.
- An understanding of healthcare/pharma compliance (FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11) or curiosity to learn.
- Ability to visualize workflows and data flows in ways others can understand.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical details to non-technical people, and business goals to technical teams.
- Bonus: exposure to healthcare software ecosystems
- Experience with/and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
Why You’ll Love It
- Impact: Your work directly shapes how life sciences companies connect with patients, providers, and payers.
- Challenge + Purpose: A rare mix of systems analysis, problem-solving, and meaningful business outcomes.
- Growth: Exposure to data, technology, operations, and strategy—you’ll expand your skillset beyond traditional business analysis.
- Team: A culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and building smarter systems that matter.
- If you’re an analyst who asks not only “What are the requirements?” but also “Why does this system matter for the business?” — you’ll thrive here.
