We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Business Support Specialist. This hybrid role combines project coordination, data analysis, and administrative support for the Operations Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior leadership, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to high-impact initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, while developing relationships that value your input and execution.
While receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Operations area. Day-to-day running may cover activities such as incident management tracking, resource management, light project tasks and support. You may also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring costs and may also be involved in strategic business planning and change management initiatives. Furthermore, builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers when liaising with the other business areas such as human resources, legal & compliance, and business partners which may also be an integral part of the role.
Primary responsibilities include
- Responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the business support strategy that is aligned with organizational goals and objects.
- Involvement with business support strategy, may also include responsibilities assisting in identifying areas for improvement in business support processes, systems, and workflows.
- Responsible for team coordination and support, which includes coordinating and supporting the activities of the business support team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement, which includes contributing consultative support to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Responsible for process execution and improvement, which includes identifying opportunities to improve and streamline business support processes.
Responsible for service delivery and performance, which involves assisting in ensuring the delivery of high-quality business support services to internal stakeholders and collaborating with the team to address issues or bottlenecks in service delivery and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required
Hours & Work Schedule
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hybrid: 4 days per week on-site (Johnston, RI or Westwood, MA), 1 day remote
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
