Stellantis, Hyundai, and Kia, Factorial is at the forefront of developing next-generation e-mobility

platforms for commercial, defense, and consumer applications—spanning electric vehicles (EVs),

drones, eVTOL aircraft, power tools, marine systems, robotics, and more. The company has

achieved multiple industry firsts, including being the first to power a demonstration vehicle

with a global OEM (Mercedes- Benz), which achieved over 1,200 km (749 mi) of range,

The Opportunity:

Factorial Energy is seeking a Business Stretegy Intern to join our team in our Billerica, MA location. 


Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, identifying market opportunities, customer segments, and commercialization pathways.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess industry trends, customer needs, and business models.
  • Define customer value propositions and analyze strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Assist in account strategy development, mapping key accounts and optimizing customer engagement approaches.
  • Prepare concise presentations and reports to communicate market insights and business strategies to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a B.S. in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and commercial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in business strategy with relevant coursework or projects preferred.
  • Exposure to machine learning applications is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Compensation:

  • $18 USD per hour
