About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Merchant Services
In this role, you will:
  • Provide customer service and support for internal and external customers
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries through email
  • Take ownership of cases and follow up on open escalations
  • Oversee overall customer experience
  • Handle customer issues
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact in partnership with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services or call center environment
  • Web Browser and Technical Application Troubleshooting Experience
  • Problem solving and analysis skills
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
