Job Responsibilities:
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Business Process Manager to join our Business Transformation team. This individual will help coordinate and align key business processes across our seven internal business groups, supporting our ongoing transformation initiatives and driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in functional business roles such as Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources or Sales, is passionate about process improvement and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a leadership role in enterprise process management or transformation.
Key Responsibilities• Partner with internal Magna Groups, Divisions, and Business Functions to document, analyze, and improve end-to-end business processes• Conduct interviews to collect and analyze the project's business requirements• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to align process objectives• Support the creation of process maps, RACI charts, and SOPs to standardize workflows• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on process automation and systems alignment• Support corresponding solutions implementations including requirements development, testing, training and rollout• Monitor process performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights. Assist with change management activities during implementation of new processes. Support project management activities for ongoing transformation and improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, or a related field• 3-7 years of experience in a functional business area (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or HR)• Demonstrated ability to work across departments and influence without direct authority• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid Chart) and familiarity with ERP systems• Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization or manufacturing environment, with Magna Group or Divisional experience preferred• Familiarity with enterprise transformation, change management, or business process frameworks• Project Management training or certification (i.e. PMP)
