Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is looking for a mid-level Business Process Analyst to join the Global Logistics Warehousing team. This key role involves close collaboration with Production Control and Materials Management (PCMM) organizations to enhance and maintain business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives. The position is available in Mesa, AZ.
As a Level 3 Business Process Analyst, you will serve as the warehousing team's focal for process development, process improvement and process management documentation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to document and design warehousing initiatives. A strong background in written and verbal communication will be key to success in this position. Key responsibilities to include gathering requirements, assisting in deploying warehouse solutions, and partnering with business teams on benchmarking studies and business case development.
Key Responsibilities - Level 3
  • Leads structured process team meetings using appropriate methods and tools
  • Administer Statement of Work processes and documentation
  • Maintain and administer warehouse database
  • Create and maintain Global Logistics team metrics
  • Assist in Corrective Action assessments and Audit activities
  • Build and maintain team reporting templates
  • Written and communication skills to clearly articulate business goals and expectations, including facilitating effective meetings and presentation
  • Proficient in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust

This position is 100% onsite. The chosen candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • Two years' experience in Supply Chain disciplines, warehousing operations or a related field
  • Two years' experience in Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement and related contract requirements knowledge
  • Two years' experience in project management methodologies and lean process principles
  • Two years' experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
  • Three years' experience in business professional written and oral communication.
  • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and quick to adapt to change
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Experienced in managing stakeholder engagement by cultivating strong relationships and building trust

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Three years' experience in Supply Chain and/or 3PL warehouse operations
  • Proficient in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to senior leadership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Two years' experience with data synthesis and reporting

Conflict of interest:

Travel: The position may require traveling up to 20% of the time.

Summary pay range:
$89,250 - $120,750
