The Importance of the Role
 

The Business Operations Intern will play a meaningful role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting strategic Quality initiatives, and contributing fresh perspectives to a rapidly evolving team.
This internship creates an opportunity to develop emerging talent and offers exposure to real world Quality and business operations. Interns bring new ideas, creative approaches, and diverse thinking that can help improve systems, drive innovation, and support Sarepta.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

In this internship, you will support Quality Business Operations through hands on project work, process improvements, and cross functional collaboration. You will assist with tracking key initiatives, improving communication workflows, contributing to data driven decision making, and supporting both operational and strategic activities. 

Key areas of contribution include: 

  • Monitoring and tracking progress toward Quality Business Operations 2026 objectives 

  • Supporting Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams on Business Operations initiatives 

  • Maintaining and updating tools, trackers, and business documentation within SharePoint 

  • Assisting with communication and changing management processes 

  • Managing small scale projects and engagements that enhance team efficiency 

  • Maintaining organizational charts, resource lists, and cross functional inputs 

  • Coordinating with suppliers on ad hoc queries and scheduling needs 

  • Supporting the Data Management initiative using data science or mathematical skills 

  • Providing general support to advance critical 2026 Quality objectives 

More about You

  • Bachelor’s degree candidates who have completed at least their sophomore year, ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, STEM, or a related discipline 

  • Strong interest in business operations, process improvement, and crossfunctional collaboration 

  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple priorities 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable working with data and using tools for tracking, documentation, and reporting 

  • Proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn 

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment 

Program Timeline 

This application is for a 12-week summer internship program that will start on May 18th and conclude on August 7th, 2026.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $21 - $26 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
