About Us:

Heartbeat Health is the leading virtual-first cardiovascular care company in the country, providing patients with convenient, high-quality heart care through a combination of telemedicine, diagnostics, and virtual care programs. By leveraging real-time data and AI-powered insights, Heartbeat Health empowers providers and patients with personalized treatment plans, reducing hospitalizations and improving long-term heart health outcomes. Heartbeat Health is redefining how cardiovascular care is delivered in the digital age, led by our medical group of cardiologists, advanced practitioners, nurses, and care coordinators.

About the Role:

Heartbeat Health is seeking a motivated, sharp, and adaptable Business Operations Associate to join its Operations team. The Business Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the growth and delivery of Heartbeat Health’s clinical programs, both live and prospective – including with a brand new product that Heartbeat is in the process of launching.

The Business Operations Associate role is cross-functional. You’ll help build and manage a national partner network that serves as the operational backbone for these programs. You’ll contribute to client-facing work across the customer lifecycle: sales, onboarding, implementation, and customer success. This is a hands-on, high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape how cardiology is delivered at scale.

    • Help to build and manage the day-to-day operations of a partner network across multiple states and several partners

    • Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective clinical vendors

    • Work with our internal team and clients to help provide context on operational excellence and the value story associated with the broader program

    • Lead and support implementation tasks and timelines in connection with new partner network launches, including in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

    • Develop reporting and action on key insights to fine-tune and improve partnerships and overall program operations

    • Work cross-functionally with teams across growth, clinical, finance, and legal on operational, clinical, legal, and other items

About You:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

    • 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a demonstrated ability to engage and present confidently in front of vendors and clients; background in sales, sales operations, or related functions preferred

    • Strong analytical and operational skills; highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce and creating slides / presentations a plus

    • Autonomous self-starter who stays motivated, manages their own priorities, and delivers results independently

    • Experience working in or adjacent to the healthcare industry preferred (e.g., provider systems, payers, care delivery, health tech)

    • Experience working with or building networks is a plus

    • Clear communicator with strong writing and organizational skills

    • Resourceful and comfortable operating in evolving, fast-paced environments

    • Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a desire to do mission-driven work

About Our Culture:

    • We are mission-driven: we're revolutionizing the way cardiovascular care is delivered

    • We are fast-paced & agile: we move quickly, iterate often, and value experimentation

    • We are remote-first: flexibility, autonomy, and trust are at the core of how we operate

    • We care about diversity: diversity allows us to build an excellent patient experience

    • We care about each other: we are stronger together through a culture of mutual respect and active support.

    • We are an equal opportunity employer: we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status
