Support business operations through data management, ERP system processes, and analytics. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, system maintenance, and workflow improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update data in NetSuite ERP to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform routine data checks and support data governance efforts for reliable reporting.
- Assist in implementing workflow improvements and basic process automation.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and coordination with integrated platforms.
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales and business operations.
- Any other work assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Prior experience in business operations, administrative support, or related roles is a plus.
