Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update data in NetSuite ERP to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Perform routine data checks and support data governance efforts for reliable reporting.
  • Assist in implementing workflow improvements and basic process automation.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and coordination with integrated platforms.
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales and business operations.
  • Any other work assigned by the Company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biology, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software tools.
  • Prior experience in business operations, administrative support, or related roles is a plus.
