As Marketing Lead, you will execute marketing strategies, manage co-marketing programs, create content infrastructure, and coordinate external stakeholder communications for Monad Foundation.
The summary above was generated by AI

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Role

Monad is compounding enterprise and institutional momentum across payments, RWA, and trading infrastructure. This role owns the respective positioning and narrative strategy: how Monad shows up to business audiences, what the differentiated story is, and how that story gets told consistently across every touchpoint. You'll work closely with the business development and GTM teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with deal priorities, and you'll build the positioning, materials, and campaigns that help Monad stand apart in a crowded L1 landscape. You'll also roll up your sleeves and execute. This is a strategic role blending tactical execution, as well.

What You Will Do
  • Define and own Monad's market positioning for institutional, enterprise, and payments audiences. Build the narrative framework that differentiates Monad and gives BD a consistent, compelling story to tell across verticals.

  • Work directly with the BD team and GTM to stay aligned on pipeline priorities, surface co-marketing opportunities, and lead partner activations from concept through execution.

  • Build the content and collateral infrastructure that BD needs to close. Own institutional sales materials, positioning documents, evergreen website resources, and the institutional newsletter. Ensure every deliverable reinforces a priority narrative.

  • Thread individual integration announcements into a compounding narrative. You'll architect the story arc across multiple verticals and ensure Monad's institutional momentum is visible and well-understood by the market.

  • Measure outcomes and make decisions based on signal. Track which programs drive results, define success metrics before launching, and double down on what works.

Who You Are
  • A minimum of 5-7 years in B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or market positioning roles at a crypto infrastructure project or FinTech company whose primary audience is financial institutions and/or enterprise companies.

  • You can contribute to strong business messaging through deep understanding of technical concepts. You can translate the nuances of complex infrastructure through messaging that lands with executives and decision-makers, and you understand what institutional audiences care about.

  • Experience running co-marketing programs with external stakeholders is essential. You've worked alongside BD or sales teams and understand how marketing supports and accelerates deal flow.

  • Fluency in AI tools with strong prompting skills. You build leverage through tools, automation, and systems to cover more ground than one person should be able to.

  • High agency and self-directed. You come to the table with proposals, move fast, operate independently across time zones, and deliver without close supervision. You're empirically minded and make decisions based on signal.

  • Familiar with the crypto and broader tech landscape. Deep crypto-native experience is a plus. Comfort operating in a technical space with sophisticated counterparties is required.

  • Nice to have:

    • You've built positioning from scratch in a market where the playbook didn't exist yet.

Why Work with Us
  • Challenging problems. You’ll tackle deeply complex and technically demanding problems, with autonomy and impact.

  • Endless Opportunity for Impact. The Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) standard is ubiquitous, but existing EVM-compatible chains are slow and bandwidth-constrained. Monad’s core innovations offer developers and founders the best of both worlds (portability and performance) and are a game-changer to power global on-chain finance.

  • The right team. You’ll be part of a world class team, who are exceptional and highly-motivated.

  • Culture. We’re a lean team working together to achieve very ambitious goals. We are united in our culture of collaboration, low ego, and high-quality output.

  • Strong Ecosystem. The broader Monad ecosystem has attracted support from leading investors, builders and long-term contributors.
