Job Description
Join our Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Finance & Business Management team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. This high-impact opportunity allows you to leverage financial data to tell compelling stories and support business growth and client retention.
As a Finance & Business Management Professional in the COS team, you will support the wider organization by providing senior management with visibility into major COS initiatives, metrics, financials, and insights. Your strategic storytelling with financial data will play a key role in client retention through their onboarding and servicing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with COS and Finance & Business Management to understand business objectives and prepare executive presentations.
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely.
  • Coordinate operations and deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets, assess KPI trends, and create impactful insights using statistical analysis tools.
  • Partner with COS and Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and expenses.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 5 years of experience in transformation, project management, or finance with strong storytelling and context-setting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint and/or PitchPro) with the ability to repurpose and design content.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency in complex functions and a focus on automation and visualization.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data with attention to detail and engagement.
  • Highly motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and inquisitive personality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, resourcefulness, and critical thinking skills.
  • Naturally curious with a desire to use data to drive efficiency or improve outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in Process and/or Continuous Improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership with demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams and departments.
