IMC Asia Pacific is expanding its trading activities beyond Hong Kong, including continued growth in China QFI and the upcoming expansion of other major Asia markets. We are hiring a Business Management & Operations Oversight Manager to support operational initiatives and change, cross-functional coordination, and business scaling across multiple markets.

- Provide business management support to trading operations
- Initiate and coordinate operational process reviews and improvements across trading support functions.
- Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance to identify process gaps, strengthen controls, and implement workflow enhancements and documentation updates.
- Support operational readiness for new markets, products, and system changes.
- Track and follow up on operational incidents, issues, and remediation actions, escalating material matters as needed.
- Support governance forums and ad-hoc business oversight initiatives, operational reviews, and change management projects.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, data analysis, and business reporting as assigned.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in a proprietary trading firm, quantitative trading firm, or investment bank.
- Strong understanding of trading operations and control environments.
- Hands-on experience driving operational change and process improvement.
- Exposure to APAC markets (Hong Kong, China, Japan preferred).
- Experience with systematic/electronic trading and/or China QFI a plus.
