Position Summary & Responsibilities
SIG is seeking seasoned professionals with multiple years of college or university experience developing and deploying business intelligence solutions based on the Ellucian Banner® reporting tools. - Develop business intelligence strategies in collaboration with college and university clients
- Perform implementation services such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites
- Develop and deploy business intelligence solutions based on the Ellucian Banner® reporting tools including: Argos, Cognos, Operational Data Store (ODS) and the Banner® Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience in Oracle Database and PostgreSQL
- Experience working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) in complex data environments
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Ellucian Argos, or IBM Cognos Analytics
- Experience working within higher education environments
- Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ellucian Banner/Colleague experience.
- Knowledge of data modelling, star schema, data warehouse best practices
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range is $90,000 -$120,000 + bonus

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
