Job Description

Allstate Roadside is seeking a strategic and results-driven Data Analytics and Insights Manager to lead a team of analysts in delivering high-impact insights that drive operational excellence and elevate the customer experience.
This role is pivotal in shaping data-driven strategies by collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement analytical solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting solutions.

    • Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and innovation within the analytics team.

  • Strategic Analytics & Insights

    • Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

    • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

    • Act as a liaison between analytics and business units to ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven initiatives.

  • Solution Development & Implementation

    • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and analytical models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL Developer, and Python.

    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies.

    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and data science.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven experience in delivering insights that drive business outcomes.

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL Developer, and Python.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance, roadside assistance, or customer service industries.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
