Job Description

The Manager is accountable for all reporting and analysis, data architecture, and data transformation associated with Business Intelligence components of the business. The Manager partners with senior leaders to ensure analytical projects align with strategic direction of Allstate Roadside.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicits and integrates input from key stakeholders

• Creates concept designs; addresses feasibility (financial, operational, technical); develops requirements and measurements

• Negotiates SLAs

• Responsible for implementation, direction, and support of Allstate Roadside Analytical Processes

• Leads efforts for Metadata

• Established and monitors KPIs for success of the cross functional business intelligence strategy and operational reporting team

• Work with key stakeholders to understand and define key metrics to support the on-going measurement of the performance of Roadside; ensure all key metrics are properly integrated into end-user reporting solutions

• Lead the development and support of major business intelligence systems, solutions or practices

• Coordinates/evaluates project controls by all impacted AORs

• Consistently plans, implements, manages, and//or sponsors projects that are high complexity and/or large scale key initiatives using accepted project management standards

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
