Humana is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. Experience in the C+ programming language with a focus on delivering efficient, secure, and scalable solutions that support our organizational goals.

Where you Come In 

The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 describes the tools, technologies, applications and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. This position requires experience with Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, related Microsoft technologies, in addition to the C+ programming language.

Required Qualifications – What it takes to Succeed 

  • Minimum of 1 year Microsoft Power Apps development

  • Minimum of 1 year C# experience

  • Ability to develop and maintain User Interface (UI) applications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions

  • Experience working with complex data sets and performing data analysis

  • Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) or other data systems

  • Experience with automation and process improvement

Work at Home Requirements

•            To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

·             At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

·             Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

·             Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

·             Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

·             Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Interview Format

As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$66,800 - $91,100 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
