We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, build, and maintain data-driven reporting and analytics solutions that support decision-making across the organization. This role will work closely with business users and management across multiple departments to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver clear, actionable insights through modern BI tools.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ Years SQL development experience


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improved insight
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik
  • Collaborate directly with business users and management to gather, clarify, and refine reporting requirements
  • Translate business questions into well-structured data models and visualizations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions
  • Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of existing reports and dashboards
  • Document data definitions, reporting logic, and BI processes to support long-term maintainability
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL / SQL Server queries
  • Solid foundation in data analysis and interpreting business data
  • Hands-on experience with Qlik for data visualization and dashboard development
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Qlik Cloud
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments
  • Experience scripting or automating tasks using PowerShell
  • Exposure to or experience consuming RESTful APIs for data integration
  • Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts

  • Interested in building scalable, reliable BI solutions rather than one-off reports
