Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Business Intelligence Analysis position in New York, NY: Work in partnership with the retirement business and enterprise analytics team to develop, prioritize, and deliver on a portfolio of business intelligence (BI) projects. Design BI to identify potential risks or opportunities. Deliver proactive insights based on team- generated BI. Work with the business to improve data acumen and extract value from the BI and statistical analysis. Present BI by telling compelling stories with data. Devise long-term strategy for how BI analysis can support the retirement business and work with team members to make that vision concrete with discrete executable steps. Mentor and coach junior team members to deliver BI projects. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and tools to deliver high-quality BI analysis and insights. Report to the Head of Business Intelligence. 5% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study and five years of experience in performing statistical and data analysis within the financial services industry. Base Pay Range: $157,500/yr. - $194,900/yr.
