Responsibilities
- Digital Banking Operations
- Oversee the configuration, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of business online banking services including ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, RDC, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking.
- Implement automated monitoring tools for daily operations such as file transmissions, exceptions, notifications, and error reporting.
- Ensure robust access controls, user entitlements, and cybersecurity protocols across platforms.
- Client Experience & Support
- Champion client onboarding and digital adoption through tailored training, demos, and engagement strategies.
- Resolve complex technical issues including online banking access, ERP integration, sweeps, and file mapping.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.
- Data & Financial Analysis
- Perform rate adjustments, account analysis, billing reviews, and reconcile pricing exceptions using data-driven insights.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, performance dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
- Research and resolve discrepancies across data imports and vendor file confirmations.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Conduct digital banking risk assessments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards across ACH, Wire, RDC, and OLB.
- Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to maintain governance and operational integrity.
- Internal Collaboration & Training
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital banking across departments, supporting escalations and internal training.
- Partner with IT, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy and execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for platform upgrades, product launches, and vendor integrations.
