As a Business Development Specialist, you will implement strategies to nurture client relationships, attend networking events, and manage CRM tasks in HubSpot and Confluence.
hatch I.T. is partnering with REEA Global to find a Business Development Specialist. See details below:
About the Company:
REEA Global is a team of over 140 engineers, designers, and entrepreneurial leaders that assist clients with application development, analytics, and AI. REEA Global is a different kind of technology services company. We are entrepreneurs and builders who have built dozens of products, started companies, raised money, built teams, and understand firsthand the challenges of the leaders in the organizations we serve.
Why work for REEA Global?
As entrepreneurs, they are driven by value creation through innovation. Their core belief is that if they can assist clients with all aspects of the complex process of strategy and execution together, everyone wins. A strategy without execution has no value. Execution without a strategy can work but it is wasteful. The combination of these is unstoppable. Clients enjoy weekly council and sounding board opportunities with their experienced team of entrepreneurs, CTOs, and Head of Product level leaders without being billed for it as part of their engagements. They could be a good fit if you’re more about creating value through innovation than punching the clock.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives and account-based marketing outreach tailored to individual client needs.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
- Attend industry networking events to represent the company and identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral partners, enhancing business growth.
- Utilize HubSpot for CRM activities and maintain documentation and project management through Confluence.
- Stay informed of industry trends in custom software development, data consolidation/analytics, and system integrations to communicate our service offerings effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the technology industry, specifically in areas related to custom software development, data analytics, and integrations.
- Proven proficiency with HubSpot and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of the technology services industry with a particular focus on mid-market clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all business levels.
- Knowledge of UX research is a plus.
