Role: Business Development / Sales Executive (Web Design & Development)

Type: Commission-Based (15%–30% per closed deal)

The Role
Find, pitch, and close clients who need new websites, redesigns, or development partnerships:
Reach out to founders, business owners, and agencies via LinkedIn, cold email, or your network.
Qualify leads and set up discovery calls.
Close deals (our technical team joins calls to handle scoping and technical questions).
What’s In It For You

Requirements
Experience selling web design, development, or digital agency services.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Self-driven with a clear process for finding and following up with leads.
Knows the development and design market.
