Job DescriptionThe Business Development Representative plays a critical role in expanding SkillBridge Academy’s reach and impact. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving enrollment growth.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals and ensure long-term partnership success.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners and clients
Conduct outreach through strategic communication and networking initiatives
Present SkillBridge Academy’s programs and value proposition to stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to support growth initiatives
Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement strategies
Maintain accurate records of business development activities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
