We’re looking for motivated, curious individuals who want to break into B2B SaaS sales and build a strong foundation in prospecting, discovery, and pipeline generation.

This role is designed for people early in their careers who are excited to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to improve every day. You’ll partner closely with experienced Account Executives, use modern sales tools (including AI), and develop the skills needed to grow into a closing role over time.

What you’ll do
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, and social outreach)

  • Research target accounts and identify the right stakeholders to engage

  • Run initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify opportunities

  • Convert inbound leads into qualified pipeline using frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger

  • Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities and support active deals

  • Use tools (including AI) to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and improve efficiency

  • Track activity and performance against weekly and monthly goals, adjusting your approach based on results

What success looks like
  • You consistently generate high-quality pipeline that converts into revenue

  • You improve your conversion rates and messaging over time

  • You are reliable, coachable, and trusted by your team to execute and follow through

Who you are
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or competitive environments (or relevant internships)

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences

  • Strong work ethic and accountability in managing goals and activity

  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn quickly

You might thrive in this role if you…
  • Enjoy working toward goals and improving your performance over time

  • Take initiative and look for ways to get better without being asked

  • Are curious about how businesses operate and how to solve customer problems

  • Are excited to learn structured sales methodologies and apply them in real conversations

  • Are comfortable using tools and experimenting with new ways of working, including AI

Nice to have
  • Exposure to SaaS, compliance, fleet, or workforce management industries

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn, or Gong

Location: This role is based in our Boston office. We follow a hybrid model where team members are onsite three days per week.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
