Top Skills: CRMHubspot

We’re looking for driven, competitive, and curious individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This role is built for people who want to break into B2B SaaS sales, develop world-class selling skills, and launch a long-term career in tech. If you thrive on setting big goals, love the thrill of competition, or have an entrepreneurial spirit, this is the place to start.

What You'll Do
  • Kick off the sales cycle by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, calls, LinkedIn, social outreach).

  • Research and engage decision-makers at target accounts, learning how to spark interest and open doors.

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities using proven frameworks like MEDDIC or Challenger.

  • Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and support active sales cycles.

  • Use cutting-edge AI-powered tools to prioritize accounts, personalize outreach, and sharpen your pitch.

  • Consistently track activity and progress toward weekly and monthly goals.

Who You Are
  • A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree required; sales program participation is a plus) or someone with 0–3 years of experience, including internships, in sales, customer-facing, or competitive environments.

  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to take initiative and the curiosity to keep learning.

  • A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different audiences.

  • Excited to learn structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and apply them in real conversations.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to leverage tools like Salesloft, Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, and AI-powered platforms to work smarter.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Bonus if you’ve had exposure to compliance, fleet, or workforce management industries, but not required.

Location: This role is based in our Boston office. We follow a hybrid model where team members are onsite three days per week.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
