What You’ll Do:
- Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts using tools like Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and demo requests to ensure ICP fit.
- Personalize outreach via email, phone, and social to generate interest and book meetings for assigned territory.
- Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and dispositions in Salesforce for pipeline visibility.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for calls, emails, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on account strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year in a BDR/SDR role (cybersecurity experience a plus).
- Outbound Prospecting Expertise: Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Inbound Lead Handling: Ability to quickly qualify and convert marketing-generated leads.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
- Research & Personalization: Skilled at account research and crafting tailored messaging.
- Strong Communication: Clear, concise verbal and written skills.
- Objection Handling: Ability to use frameworks like ART (Acknowledge, Respond, Transition) on your calls and meetings with prospects.
- Curiosity & Coachability: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
- Cybersecurity Basics: Understanding of insider risk, data loss prevention, and compliance concepts.
- Business Acumen: Ability to identify pain points and align DTEX’s value proposition.
- Account-Based Selling: Familiarity with targeting enterprise accounts and multi-threading.
- Proven ability to hit KPIs: activity metrics, meetings booked and qualified, and pipeline contribution
- Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
