The summary above was generated by AI

We are an innovative technology company providing a cutting-edge, AI-powered cloud platform for the construction industry. Created by industry experts with deep estimating experience, our software dramatically streamlines the pre-construction process. Our solution uses advanced machine learning to automate traditionally time-consuming takeoff tasks, helping estimators work up to 80% faster while reducing costly errors.

Our collaborative platform enables real-time teamwork, instant drawing analysis, and features a revolutionary conversational AI interface that transforms how professionals interact with construction plans. Founded by construction industry veterans, our award-winning application automates the takeoff process, enabling estimators to analyze blueprints in seconds rather than hours or days.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Cold Call Beast! Someone with relentless energy, grit, and the ability to open doors that others can’t. You’ll be the front line of our growth, dialing, prospecting, and pitching Togal’s cutting-edge solution to contractors, estimators, and construction leaders across Florida and the U.S. This role is about hustle, persistence, and passion. If you thrive on competition, love chasing quotas, this is your chance to make a serious impact (and commission).

Key Responsibilities

  • Hammer the phones, cold call, email, and LinkedIn outreach daily to generate new qualified leads

  • Run high-energy, custom demos and presentations that get prospects excited about Togal

  • Drive pipeline growth by targeting Spanish- and English-speaking prospects across the U.S.

  • Consistently exceed activity metrics (calls, meetings, demos) and revenue targets

  • Build relationships with contractors, estimators, and construction execs to open new opportunities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating deep product knowledge and industry insight

  • Provide frontline feedback on messaging, objections, and market trends to sharpen our sales playbook

  • Represent Togal at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communicator

  • 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role

  • Experience in construction with a deep understanding of the industry

  • Proven cold calling, not afraid of 100+ dials/day

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Incredible energy, persistence, and ability to handle rejection like a pro

  • Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM and sales engagement tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction tech or SaaS

  • Startup experience

What We Offer

  • Base salary + Incentive Plan

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Unlimited PTO and remote flexibility

  • Opportunity to grow your career at a fast-paced AI startup

  • Collaborative and innovative work environment

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds who are passionate about using technology to transform the construction industry.

Join us in revolutionizing pre-construction estimating with the power of AI!
